In recent years, the focus of many organizations is rapt to achieve superior performance as a competitive advantage, and managers are striving to encourage the organization in order to improve their performance. Due to this important issue, in this study the initially regarding the role of information in the effectiveness of supply chain strategies performance and also considering the role of supply chain strategies in improving supply chain performance and consequently the performance of the organization, the conceptual model was designed. The data needed to test the conceptual model by using standard questionnaires were collected which the content validity by experts and its reliability by calculating the Cronbach's alpha was approved. The questionnaire were distributed Between 135 members of the ceramic & tile industry executives in Yazd and the collected data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with LISREL software version 8.2.The results of the analysis of the data showed that the significant level between all the variables was greater than (1/96) which indicates that the relationship between them in the level of confidence (95%) is significant. Besides, the path coefficient shows the intensity impact of the independent variable on the dependent one so that, all hypotheses were confirmed. Manuscript profile

Crowdsourcing is one of the most important processes fundamentally changing the way that businesses, governments and humanitarian organizations look at the internet and mobile market. This new paradigm has root in participation under the collective wisdom and is emerging as the new business model to bring together the amateurs and professionals seeking to spend less time and, as a result, less cost to run the tasks. The objective of this study is to investigate the factors influencing crowdsourcing and its impact on project success in "Padideh Shandiz Company”. In order to conduct variables confirmatory factor analysis, the structural equation modeling based on partial least square method using the smart PLS 2 software was used. To this end, 200 managers and experts in Padideh Shandiz enjoying a good deal of knowledge in operational and research activities in crowdsourcing field were randomly selected and evaluated through questionnaire and interview. The results of the study revealed that (1) the participants have the greatest impact on crowdsourcing (2) crowdsourcing significantly impacts on the businesses performance and project success and (3) the customers’ satisfaction indicator serves as the most important factor in explaining the changes in project success. Abstract Given the importance of brand success in small and medium-sized businesses and especially in knowledge based companies, this research was implemented by goals of identifying and leveling factors affecting the brand success of knowledge based industries in technology units based in the science and technology park of Semnan province using the ISM method. To do this, the views of fourteen university professors and experts of the organizations studied, the factors affecting the brand success of knowledge-based companies were examined and after the final refinement, eight factors were selected. In the next step, these factors were stratified by Structural Interpretation Modeling Technique. Finally, among the factors affecting the brand success of knowledge-based companies, the history of the company and the type of ownership, is first and the most influential factor. Next, brand features are located. The third level includes the market share, the fourth level is the size of the company and the market share and, ultimately, the most influential factors, communications and marketing plans are at the fifth level. This leveling enables knowledge-based companies to formulate the strategies needed to succeed in their product brands and move them closer to their ultimate goal as they progress at each level Manuscript profile

Despite the importance of developing petrochemical industries, most of the country's exports in the petrochemical industry have been limited to raw materials and semi-industries, which is due to the incapability to acquire appropriate technology in the downstream industries. Technology transfer is one of the most important shortcut methods for acquiring and developing technologies in these industries, but one of the most important challenges is the managers' little familiarity with the technology transfer process and the abilities it requires. The aim of this study is to identify and prioritize the effective abilities in the success of the technology transfer process in the downstream, petrochemical industries, and for this purpose a combined method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Analytic Network Process (ANP) has been used. In this regard, the content validity was confirmed by CVR and CVI forms and the final questionnaire was distributed and collected by the Porsline system among the statistical population and in order to investigate the accuracy of the theoretical model of the research, factor analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and AMOS software was used. The results of this stage of the study indicate that 82 indicators in 8 ability factors affect the success of the technology transfer process in petrochemical downstream industries and the effectiveness of all 8 factors is ability at the semantic level. On the other hand, prioritizing the abilities that affect the success of the technology transfer process was done through the Analytic Network Process and Super Decisions software. The results show that technology dissemination abilities are the first priority, and technology adaptation abilities as well as development and improvement abilities are the second and third priorities. Undoubtedly, one of the main drivers of economic development in any country is the spread of technological innovations. Since Shumpeter, in his famous book in 1912, Emphasizes the role of innovation as a factor in the economic growth of nations, Many thinkers in this field trying to explain the concept of innovation and the causes of its formation and its implications in various economic, social and managerial contexts. This research is based on a comprehensive understanding of technology and knowledge management system, Trying to extract key factors in the success of a knowledge management system In order to improve the performance of the technology and Consequently, it has created an idea of absorption in intelligent electrical energy networks. The purpose of this paper is to design an innovation and absorption system in an intelligent electric energy network based on a framing approach and structural equation analysis. to this purpose First, theoretical model with respect to the research background and also the concept of mental accounting and the framing effect developed. and then, based on the views of a sample of the statistical community of academic experts and scholars, The model was designed and optimized in the form of structural equations. : Organizations are always seeking competitive advantage in order to compete and to continue to grow. The innovation and diffusion of innovation culture is one of the most important ways to achieve it. In present research, we have attempted to model and explain the direct effect and indirect effects of factors influencing innovation culture, organizational ambidexterity and gaining competitive advantage. Methodology: The present study is a developmental and, in terms of approach, a mixture of both qualitative and quantitative. The data gathering tool was interviewed by experts and a questionnaire. Data analysis is a structural equation modeling technique using Spss and Smartpls software. The number of collected questionnaires was 140, which was collected from the managers of the dairy industry of Mazandaran province by stratified random sampling. Conclusion: The results show that there is a positive and significant effect between the variables of supportive mechanism, leadership, technology, potential absorption capacity, organizational ambidexterity and strategy, on innovation culture. The results also show the positive and significant impact of innovation culture on organizational Ambidexterity, gaining sustainable competitive advantage and implementing innovation. The potential absorption potential has a positive and significant effect on organizational ambidexterity, and also potential absorption capacity through technology and organizational change has a positive and significant effect on organizational Ambidexterity. The organizational change has a positive and significant effect on organizational ambidexterity both directly and through technology. Manuscript profile
